Release Notes

This release comes with full SALSA Server. The database is moved to the server, and the client now connects to it directly. For this reason the current release of the client will be slightly slower than the previous ones.

Two new main features are added to this release:
1- "Action Tracking" to track the user's activities.
2- "Shipment Processing". There are several enhancements to this feature will be done in the future releases.
 

Last Release Notes

This release introduces the concept of System Administrator Account. System Administrator is the only one who can create countries and more importantly Country Administrator Accounts, and then associate a Country Administrator Account to each country.

Each country must have a Country Administrator Account because the Country Administrator is the only one who can manage the associated country, that is to create and manage users, ports, National Authority, Verifying Officer... etc. Country Administrator has access to the associated country only. The only exception for that is the System Administrator who has access to all countries and accounts.

The current release comes with three pre-created countries: Trinidad (tt), Grenada (gd), and Bermudas (bs). Jamaica is not included to let you create it yourself to demonstrate this feature.
